Draw names without the hat
Set a budget, a date and the house rules, invite everyone by link or email, then draw. Nobody draws themselves and nobody draws the person who drew them — that's a property of how the draw is built, not a check we run afterwards.
Only you see your name
Not the organiser either. One function in the whole system can return an assignment, and it can only ever return yours.
Rule out pairs first
Couples who already buy for each other, the two who had each other last year. Rivori warns you before the draw if what you’ve ruled out can’t be satisfied.
Any occasion
Christmas, a leaving present, Diwali, a birthday nobody can agree on. You name the occasion — there’s nothing festive baked in.

A real app for iPhone and iPad, free, with everything the site does — paste a link, build a board, send it, draw names, get told when a price drops. Sign in once and it’s the same boards on both.

Every free product is paid for by something. This is the something.
Free, and not because you're the product
Boards, sharing and gift exchanges are free and there are no ads. When somebody buys a wish through Rivori, the shop sometimes pays us a commission — it costs you nothing and the price is the same either way. How we make money
A commission never changes what you see
We don't reorder your board, we don't swap in a shop that pays better, and we don't hide a wish because nobody pays us for it. A wish points where you pointed it. Read the disclosure
We don't record who bought what
Claiming a gift stores a timestamp and no name. Pressing Buy stores a reference that isn't you. On a shared board the person shopping is the one keeping the secret, so there's nothing to keep. Privacy policy

Asked and answered
- Is Rivori free?
- Yes. Boards, sharing, collaborators and gift exchanges are all free, and there are no ads. Rivori earns a commission when somebody buys a wish through one of our links, which costs you nothing.
- Does the person I share with need an account?
- No. A shared board opens for anyone with the link — no account, no app, no password. They can claim a gift so nobody else buys it too, and that takes one tap.
- Which shops work?
- Paste a link from anywhere. Rivori reads the page itself, so Amazon, Nike, IKEA, Steam, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Walmart and every Shopify store fill themselves in. A handful of shops block automated reading entirely — for those you get the title and can add the price and a photo yourself.
- Can I stop people seeing what's already been bought?
- Yes, and it's on by default. Claims are hidden from your side of the board unless you turn them on, so you can share a birthday list and still be surprised.
- Is there an iPhone or Android app?
- There is an iPhone app — Rivori is free on the App Store and needs iOS 16.4 or later. It works on iPad too. Android isn't in the Play Store yet; until it is, Rivori runs in an Android browser and installs to your home screen, where it behaves like an app.
- Who can see my boards?
- Whoever you decide. A board is private until you change it, then it's either link-only — visible to anyone you send the link to, and invisible to search engines — or listed, which puts it on Discover on purpose.
- How does the gift exchange draw work?
- It draws one loop through everybody, so nobody gets themselves and nobody gets the person who got them. You can rule out pairs beforehand, and only you can ever see the name you drew — the organiser can't.
- What happens if I delete my account?
- It deletes. Your boards, wishes, uploaded photos, exchanges and notifications are erased in full, including the image files themselves rather than just the rows pointing at them.
